A Little Crafting

I haven't done much craftwise in quite awhile. Just been too down in the dumps to even want to pick up needles or a hook. But in the past few weeks I have picked up one of my wips and put some work into it.

It's the Dragonfly Afghan in Filet Crochet from Hass Design. I started it in August of last year. This is the first pic I showed of it.

And here is my progress now.

Pretty big difference huh? It has 124 rows and I'm on row 78. When I picked it up again I was on row 24. So that's a good bit.

Here's a close-up of one of the dragonflies. Can you tell that's what it is?

Wind turned into this?

I was using a friend's laptop last night and after 12 saw that it was snowing. Yep, we have snow again. We go for years not having anything but flurries and this year, boom. We have it lots. Here's what it did.

Can you say Sucks?

I had no internet for about 6 months, but I have had it back for a few weeks now. And then Sunday night guess what? My computer DIED! Are you kidding me? Who thinks this is funny? Obviously the computer trolls do. I definitely do NOT.

Can you say Sucks? I know that you can.

Happy Friday the 13th Everyone

I had a pretty good day. I had to work, but all I did the whole time was this:

No customers, no crap, just playing with chocolate and strawberries all day.

The other day, there was a huge storm. It all hit while we were in Wally World. And when we came out, this is what we saw.

Hope everyone's day was a good one. How could it not be? Friday the 13th is an awesome day!
